My house keys had been taken when my car was stolen so I needed to get my locks changed asap. James was very friendly, quick and professional. He upgraded my locks to a better system and even checked my back door lock for any signs of damage as well. Everything was well explained and the price I paid was the price quoted over the phone. Very pleased with this service.

City lock and safe Ltd are a superb company to deal with. The service is over and above with helpful and friendly staff. They offer very reasonable prices which are competitive but you are guaranteed a positive outcome. I have had various high level security keys replicated which actually work smoother than the original ones. You can expect a quick response, accurate visit dates to attend a job and they are very punctual on arrival together with excellent communication. I dealt with Scott on this occasion who has given a really high level of service, he couldn’t have been more helpful. I have dealt with George on other occasions and was highly satisfied then as well. I would always recommend this company to anyone who needs spare keys cut, high security locks supplied and fitting, they can always help you gain entry when keys are lost. City lock and safes supply safes, any type of lock / hasps, together with full servicing and renovation available .

After reading if the excellent reviews I decided to click on the what's App feature and added in my request before 9am. George used great communication to confirm an appointment for same day investigation into my front door lock starting to be an issue. James attended on time and investigated the issue and shown me the worn lock barrel which was replaced with new keys. James also spent time looking at why this has happened to avoid a repeat. He adjusted the door position as appeared it has dropped causing the pressure on the locking system. James was extremely respectful and advised he would fix the issue so this doesn't cause any further damage to the mechanisms, rather than replace the internal parts apart from the barrel which had worn down. I was extremely impressed by the standard of care and appreciation for their customers. James and the company are true genuine caring business and it was a pleasure to work with them and definitely will be our go to locksmiths for food. Well done George and James and a superb job today.
