Not only did he fit a new lock, at a very reasonable cost, he also spent ages adjusting the door so it fitted properly and the problem wouldn't happen again. Got me in the house within 5 minutes and supplied and fitted brand new lock in under half an hour. Excellent service , friendly and competent.
