We called into the shop to enquire about getting our front door sorted as it was becoming more and more difficult to lock. We were told that someone would visit our home within 30 minutes.As promised, Darren arrived, studied the door, told us what he needed to do then gave us a quote.He went back to get the right materials then came straight back and did the job. We are very pleased with the result, it is like having a new door. Darren was friendly and very efficient. The price we paid was very competitive and reasonable. We would thoroughly recommend Keyfax Manchester. They are reliable, trustworthy and do a good job. Thank you Darren

Rung this company at lunchtime yesterday as my garden frenchdoors wouldn't lock after opening them. Within less than 3 hrs someone called Darren, who was lovely, came out, and fitted me a new lock straight away. Excellent prompt service. Thank you so much. Really genuinely grateful. 😀

Helpful on the phone when I rang will my query. My grandson went down and got his key cut within 10 mins . And the price was amazing. Would definitely recommend 👌.

I accidentally locked my keys in my boot and was unable to open doors. Called Keyfax and the guy who answered the phone went above and beyond to get a technician to me as early as he could. Kris turned up 50 minutes earlier than expected and within a couple of minutes had me sorted. He also advised me about the cost of a spare key at Keyfax and was an excellent example of how a good company trains staff to do a proper job in good time without any drama or fear of being ripped off. I can't recommend this company more highly. My only other dealings with them was about 8 years ago when I couldn't get a certain unusual key cut at a high street franchise and Keyfax was recommended. The duplicate key was cut in 2 minutes. Thank you for getting me out of a mess on Tuesday 2nd March.👍
