Did a terrible job and provided terrible service afterwards. I recently required a lock replacing on a mailbox for my apartment building. At £40 Olivers locksmith were the cheapest quote and I didn't want to waste large amounts on a small job. He replaced the lock with one that seemed loose and didn't properly fit the hole as it was loose and wiggled. I aired my issues at the time he spent another 2 minutes fiddling with it and assured me it would be fine. After a week the lock completely came out of the fitting. I contacted him immediately and he told me he was ill and unable to deal with job for a week. Patiently I waited a week before I could contact him again. This time he told me was in London and said he would call me back towards the end of the week. Having received no such call I wound up having to contact him again. He assured me he'd be able to sort the issue out on Friday. Come Friday having once again not had any contact I called only for his disinterested voice to tell me he couldn't come till the evening which I said would be too late. I have currently got an appointment for the Monday. I remain sceptical AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. UPDATE: He missed the Monday appointment and has now told me he doesn't care and refuses to give me the money back. Unbelievable.
